(Original) Just returned from Puerto de Carmen where we had a wonderful time, the apartment was very well presented having all the equipment you need for a self-catering holiday although we didn$0027t cook very much as there are loads of very good restaurants in the Old Town, all within easy walking distance. The complex is in a fabulous position, overlooking both the harbor and the sea, it’s was very quiet during our time there; some of the residents are permanent home owners, so I don’t imagine it gets very noisy even at the height of the season. The pool is lovely although but quite deep and cold, we had no problem with finding sun loungers but we could have done with sun shades, however there is a very nice shaded bar next to the pool which sells drinks and food and of ice creams. I would recommend this apartment and we will definitely be coming back before too long.
